About the Project

RivoMall approached Digital Flow Solutions with a vision to create Kenya's leading online shopping destination. They needed a robust, scalable e-commerce platform that could handle high traffic during flash sales while providing a seamless shopping experience.

Our team designed and developed a full-featured e-commerce platform that enables customers to browse and purchase electronics, appliances, fashion items, beauty products, and phones. The platform includes advanced features like flash sales, fast delivery tracking (1-4 days), 30-day returns policy, secure payment integration, and click & collect options.

The Challenge

Creating an e-commerce platform for the Kenyan market presented unique challenges. We needed to optimize for mobile users who form the majority of online shoppers, integrate with local payment solutions, and build a system that could scale during high-demand periods like flash sales and promotional events.

Our Solution

We built a modern, React-based e-commerce platform with Supabase as the backend. The architecture allows for real-time inventory updates, instant cart synchronization, and seamless checkout experiences. We integrated multiple payment gateways popular in Kenya and implemented a robust order management system.
